There are moments when movement isn’t what your body needs, but rhythm, breath, and stillness are. Breath + Beat™ at Dose Yoga offers a space to recalibrate your nervous system, release emotional tension, and return to yourself, fully, gently, powerfully.
This 45-minute, unheated class takes place in the warm embrace of our Womb Room at Dose North Hills. It blends the depth of holotropic breathwork with a soulfully curated playlist, creating a journey that’s immersive, healing, and wholly unique.
What Is Holotropic Breathwork?
Holotropic breathwork is a conscious, 3-part breathing technique developed to help unlock altered states of awareness, support emotional healing, and regulate the autonomic nervous system. Through continuous, deep breathing, without pause, you stimulate a powerful physical and emotional shift that invites release, clarity, and presence.
At Dose, this technique is paired with music designed to mirror your heartbeat. The result? A symphony of sensation where breath and rhythm guide you deeper into your body and out of the noise of the mind.

This practice is open to everyone, whether you're curious about breathwork or already familiar with it. That said, we recommend that individuals who are pregnant or have pacemakers or serious heart conditions refrain from participating due to the intensity of the breath technique.
